Tahini restaurant in Portals Nous, serves Japanese and Asian cuisine in beautifully modern, simplistic surroundings. The bamboo entrance to the restaurant has a walkway with water flowing down both sides and a series of small glass dining rooms complete with their own fireplace, perfect for a more intimate dining venue. Visually the restaurant is stunning; we actually ate in the main part of the restaurant where you can either sit at the sushi counter or at one of the tables.

The food primarily is different types of sushi and sashimi served up by trained sushi chefs however there is substantial choice on the menu to satisfy those who do not even eat seafood such as my dining partner that evening who had the chicken yakitori with vegetable tempura and fried rice. I had the assortment of sushi and was pleased to see a good variety of different types of fish prepared innovatively. The food, especially the fish, was as fresh as could be and we enjoyed our meal here thoroughly.

best Japanese food ever !

went for 6 nights to Mallorca, went back 4 times to Tahini ! try the 'gunkam makki' , no words to describe that....., brilliant is an understatement !!
